Melting In Time

Recently updated; The Bird is indeed a Phoenix, but it is also a corpse. It is supposed to be a bird from Hell, or in Hell. How his bones are showing and his flesh appears to be melting away, shows pain and agony. The fact that he is in Hell, the Counter symbolizes eternity, and how time seems to continue to flow on, and never end. The flames arise from the creatures rage and pain. Though a Phoenix never dies, is always reborn, this picture may show an interesting background story of which differs from the original Phoenix as a character. This creature cannot rebirth itself into life as it is trapped in eternal darkness.
